APGA, A CATHOLIC PARTY OR A PARTY FOR THE CATHOLICS?

Image
Perhaps we need to refreshen our minds. Roman Catholics under  APGA has a 50 year long term plan to rule Anambra, after that Anambra will become and be smelling Roman Catholic. After that, you can't open your mouth and mention any other denomination as your own in this state. Read this article again (dated October 2014) to see where we are going. APGA, A CATHOLIC PARTY OR A PARTY FOR THE CATHOLICS? The fact that truth tastes bitter is a truism everyone that has come head on with the realities of truth must acknowledge. It is equally a truism that the most expensive peace is better than the cheapest conflict. In view of these, therefore, it is pertinent and apt at this time to address some silent but salient issues that may create a religious crisis in Anambra state and the South East if nothing is done to curb the problem. With what is happening in Anambra state at the moment, one begins to ask questions about the truth concerning the origin and objective of the ALL PROGRES

RECONCILIATION, NOT ENDORSEMENT

Image
Some days ago, I saw this picture and there was no other pictorial meaning but the fact as we can see. "Obasanjo endorses Atiku" and other comments and headlines too over the media space. If a Bishop and a Sheikh as seen in the picture are also in agreement with Former President; Obasanjo then one can also agree with PMB in his recent statement (Religious leaders should not dabble into politics -para phrased). However, few ours ago, Bishop Matthew Hassan KUKAH dropped a bomb shell. A RECONCILIATION NOT ENDORSEMENT Bishop Matthew Hassan KUKAH I have deliberately made this explanatory note long because I think it is necessary that people make up their minds based on the facts, given my central role in the event. I note that Sheikh Gumi has already told his own side of the story. Read Atiku: Sheikh Gumi speaks on presence during Obasanjo’s endorsement of PDP candidate I feel obliged to state my own side so that Nigerians can have a clearer picture of my own involvem

*PRESS STATEMENT FROM PRINCE ENIOLA OJAJUNI FOR THE CELEBRATION OF NIGERIA'S INDEPENDENCE* NIGERIA@58: POWER MUST CHANGE HAND It's no news that things are getting shoddier now than they were 57 years ago. The wicked Leaders  and their supporters would want us to believe otherwise but they know it would be a hard sell. I’ve tried very hard to be happy as Nigeria celebrates another independence day. I tried switching on my trademark Nigerian-cup-half-full mindset; I’ve tried applying our iconic hope in a hopeless situation attitude, but the more I try, the more despondent I feel. I think my mind has taken too much of a bashing from Nigeria and it doesn’t want to continue with the deceit any longer. But what is there to be happy about? What has changed? What is working? Credit must be given to Nigerians for being resolute and mostly upbeat in a systems that has consistently deteriorated, the state of things would have led to a full scale revolt in other climes. CHAPTER SIX: DECISION MADE At this, the whole class got interested. They had noticed the Eunice and Oyindamola’s tiptoes and are also aware that some female senior students had made their class a library. So they are eager to know who he had finally chosen. Most of the boys have been jealous that since they started the school, they have not been centers of affection from the girls, where as Kunle who had just been admitted not more than two months ago had captured the hearts of the girls of the school. Some had concluded that he is a lucky, brilliant chap. Meanwhile, in the course of Kunle’s speech, Bimpe had accompanied Funmilayo to SS2D. They had stopped at the entrance to hear what Kunle was saying. Bimpe also had gotten interested in what Kunle had been saying and the decision he had made. She had started to wonder if he had neglected her friend for another. Funmilayo herself had long gone to wonder land. Their last discussion was that of an agreement, he had wanted to be sur

CHAPTER FIVE: THE LETTERS  Kunle Fosu came into the class with others immediately after the assembly. Barely had he sat when he saw Eunice staring at him. Eunice had been expecting him to sit down and bring out his books because she had hidden her letter in his English note book. Eunice seeing that she had been caught staring quickly looked elsewhere. Suspecting something, Kunle opens his locker and there right on his bag he found it. He could not touch; he looked at Eunice and back at the letter. He picks it up and reads it. He smiles as he read through but he was surprised at the end of the letter, it was not Eunice, it was Oyindamola.  She had written her name in bold letters. Yours sincerely PRINCESS OYINDAMOLA OF IGANMURE KINGDOM He looked around to see Oyindamola blinking her eyes. He shook his head, drops the letter back into his locker and just then the English Language teacher walks in. After the salutation, she demanded for everyone’s note saying that she was g

Full text of Kemi Adeosun's resignation letter 14th September 2018 His Excellency Muhammadu Buhari President, Federal Republic of Nigeria State House Aso Villa Abuja Dear Excellency, Let me commence by thanking you profusely for the honour and privilege of serving under your inspirational leadership. It has been a truly rewarding experience to learn from you and to observe at close quarters your integrity and sense of duty. I have, today, become privy to the findings of the investigation into the allegation made in an online medium that the Certificate of Exemption from National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) that I had presented was not genuine. This has come as a shock to me and I believe that in line with this administration’s focus on integrity, I must do the honourable thing and resign. Your Excellency, kindly permit me to outline some of the background to this matter. I was born and raised in the United Kingdom, indeed my parental family home remains in London.

CHAPTER FOUR: AFTER SCHOOL HOURS The promise of seeing her after school hours relieved Funmilayo but she could not rest throughout her lessons. When the bell for break rang, Funmilayo ran out like a mad dog to the food shed, she was almost the first to get there. The junior students whose classes are closer to the food shed had formed a queue before Funmilayo got there. But because she is a Prefect she needed not to go on queue. She got all that she wanted in two sets and perambulated the length and breadth of the food shed looking at the male faces. One could see that she is in search of a dear one. The break over, Funmilayo could not see Kunle and she longed to see him. She stands from her seat. “where are you going to?” Bimpe asked. Bimpe had been watching her restless mood. “I am going to see him” Funmilayo replied. “But you told me that he was going to wait for you after school hours so why the rush?” Bimpe furthered. Funmilayo sits back still wondering, “But why didn’t he c

CHAPTER THREE: A CHIT-CHAT Throughout the period of Physics, Funmilayo who entered the class earlier than others even to the surprise of Mr. Toba was not in class. When they returned to class, fellow students thanked her for rescuing them. So many students hate impromptu test. More so Mr. Toba’s test was to make those of them who had turned to habitual late comers fail. Bimpe wished that the crowd around could vanish so that there would be just the two of them as she is very eager to hear every detail about who her friend has been thinking of. Has she fallen in love with….but with whom? So many thoughts ran through her mind until finally they were left to themselves. “So who is he’? Bimpe hurriedly ask. “I don’t know him, I have not seen him before” Funmilayo said looking into space. “I saw him for the first time this morning and it seems I have always seen him. AFTER SCHOOL HOURS CHAPTER TWO: MAGNET Funmilayo enters into her class before others who had been at the assembly ground came in. the face of the young boy being flogged continued to flash through her mind. No this can’t be, is she feeling pity for him or is she falling in love with him? It can’t be. That he is putting on short means that he is in a junior class. FODSTAY COMPREHENSIVE COLLEGE has made it that only students in SS3 class would wear trousers for the boys and skirts for the girls. So obviously the boy is in a lower class. But which class could he be in? Could he be in JSS class? No, that can’t be. He talks maturely and with confidence. He should be in either SS1 or 2. “I don’t even know his name” these words came out of her mouth without her knowing. “What did you say”? asked Bimpe. Bimpe is her closest friend and of course her seat mate. “What do you mean?” she replied. “Who is he?” Bimpe asked further. “I..I..I don’t understand…..” Funmilayo stammers but before
