Odunlade Kolade....marriage in trouble

To many lovers of Yoruba movie industry,
the name Odunlade Adekola is like what
Omotola Jalade Ekeinde or Genevieve
Nnaji mean to Nollywood.
No wonder he is one of the highest paid
actors in that sector of the Nigerian film
industry.
Apart from being an actor, Odun, as he is
well known by fans, is also a Glo
ambassador.
He has also had his share of romantic
scandals since gaining fame some years
ago. Not too many people know that the
Abeokuta, Ogun State-based actor is
married with kids.
We got hold of a picture showing Odun
having fun with his two sons. The
children took after him as the boys are
replica of Odunlade Adekola also known
as Sunday Dagboru.

When he displays his dexterity in any of the
home videos, virtually every lover of his work
will thumb him up but it’s not the same thing
at the home front. The reason being that,
there are rumours that between his wife and
Odunlade’s family, all is not well and his
marriage is said to be seriously under fire.
Information has it that, the celebrated actor
has to deem it fit to attend to this crisis that
is gradually eaten deep on his family.
We gathered that the the trail blazer in the
Yoruba movie world built a 5 bedroom
apartment in Abeokuta. He shares the house
with his wife, mother and father- and his
younger brother. That is said to be the root of
the crisis rocking his matrimony. The
apartment, we were told, is located in the Oke-
Ata Housing Estate, in Ita-Oshin area of
Abeokuta is utilized.
"He has his own separate bedroom, his wife
also uses one while two others are for his dad
and mum with his younger brother using the
fifth. So in the house there are two couples"
Insiders revealed the 'family' and 'wife' do not
get on well.
Tales of bickering and quarrel over this and
that- particularly attention and control of the
Globacom ambassador are said to be floating
around the neighborhood and beyond.
The in-high-demand actor is said to spend
limited time tending to matters on the home
front- to provide the needed balance to
stabilize the forces at work.
